This modern apartment design project was created for a family with two children, where the main brief was to combine aesthetics with high functionality. The clients wanted a modern interior with clean geometry, a calm atmosphere, and plenty of storage. As we developed the layout, our goal was to create a space that felt visually light while still being fully thought through for everyday life. At the heart of the concept is a modern interior with a natural palette, warm wood texture, and graphite accents that add depth and highlight the architecture of the space.

The standout feature of this design project is the comprehensive planning of built-in furniture. The storage systems are integrated so they don't overload the interior or break up the space. We deliberately avoided bulky standalone wardrobes in favor of architectural solutions. One of the key moves in the interior design was placing a wardrobe as a continuation of the partition between the hallway and living room. That decision preserved clean lines and visual continuity throughout the space while significantly increasing usable storage. As a result, the apartment's modern interior design feels cohesive and clean, with its functional side almost invisible.

The shared kitchen-living room area follows an open-plan layout. The kitchen's interior design is minimalist: smooth fronts, built-in appliances, no unnecessary details. Graphite kitchen elements create a striking contrast against the warm wood tones of the furniture and flooring.

This design project also gave a lot of attention to lighting scenes — track systems and recessed ceiling fixtures create even lighting throughout and reinforce the modern interior style. The result is a space that's functional but still cozy, with a well-balanced mix of color and texture.
Designing the shared room for two boys was its own particular challenge. As part of the design project, we used a mirrored layout, giving each child an equally sized zone. The space is split into a sleeping area, a workspace by the window, and a storage system, while the overall composition stays symmetrical and visually orderly. This kind of modern kids' room design gives each child a sense of their own territory and keeps the space disciplined. Built-in wardrobes and wall-mounted storage help keep the floor clear for play and other activities.
The apartment's private zone continues the same overall concept. The bedroom's interior design stays in a calm palette, dominated by soft textures and natural tones. Integrated storage systems support the project's architectural logic and keep the interior visually clean. The apartment's entire interior design is built on a balance of form and function: every detail serves a practical purpose while still contributing to the overall aesthetic.
