This 24,750 sq. ft. office interior design project became a comprehensive effort to build a modern R&D space for the team. Our task was to design an office that brings together functionality, technology, and everyday comfort for employees.

The office space was built as a multi-level structure, making extensive use of open-plan zones. This approach to office interior design creates a flexible work environment where employees can collaborate effectively while still holding on to personal space and comfort.

The concept is built around a modern industrial style. At the core of the design is a blend of light concrete, natural wood textures, and the company's brand colors — light blue and light emerald. The result is a balanced environment: visually calm, yet still modern and high-tech. This office design project accounts not just for aesthetics, but for employees' psychological comfort as well.

Special attention was given to how the space is organized. The ground floor holds the key shared areas: reception, a waiting area, a cafeteria, a coat check, and a medical suite. The reception's interior design was built around first impressions — clean forms, warm lighting, and natural materials create a feeling of openness and trust.

The second and third floors are laid out as working levels, with plenty of open work zones, meeting rooms, private offices, and support spaces. The office design project also includes server rooms, print rooms, and technical areas — especially important for an R&D environment. The layout was organized to minimize unnecessary movement and keep the team working efficiently.

The fourth floor houses the administrative block. It holds leadership offices, the legal department, accounting, and the director's office with its own reception area. The executive office's interior design leans more restrained and status-driven, with an emphasis on materials and lighting.

The wayfinding system throughout the corridors deserves special mention. The office design project features graphic wayfinding integrated directly into the space's architecture — not only making navigation easier, but becoming part of the interior's visual identity.

Materials were chosen with heavy daily use in mind. Flooring combines porcelain tile with wear-resistant vinyl coverings. Walls feature wood-look paneling, paint, and decorative concrete-look finishes. This approach makes the office's interior design both durable and practical.

The lighting throughout the project was designed for eye comfort across a full workday. Track systems, recessed fixtures, and wall sconces work together to create soft, even light. The layered lighting lets the space adapt to different work scenarios.

This office design project shows how modern interior design can directly serve business goals. The space isn't just visually appealing — it's functional, which has a direct impact on employee productivity and on how the company is perceived overall.
