The ARH STUDIO team developed a comprehensive approach to transforming a 31,970 sq. ft. industrial facility into an office. Our task was to build a modern work environment where the interior design reflects the company's values and reinforces its corporate culture.

The building's industrial bones — concrete slabs, exposed utilities, steel structures — were preserved and worked into the concept. As we developed the design project, we layered in glass partitions, natural wood, and a variety of track lighting. The result is an industrial-style interior with an emphasis on both technology and comfort.

The space is organized across four floors as a single ecosystem. The office's interior design includes open-plan zones with carefully considered acoustics, reconfigurable meeting rooms, and offices with visual privacy. Acoustic phone booths are included for confidential calls.

Wayfinding is built directly into the light panels, corridors are finished with decorative panels, and the lighting itself works as a tool for zoning and orientation throughout the space.

A modern commercial interior needs to balance focus and recovery. The office includes coffee points, game areas with a ping-pong table, and dedicated fitness spaces for employees. These features became part of the turnkey design project

The meeting rooms are finished cleanly: tables with integrated power and data connections, ergonomic chairs, slatted panels, and ring lights that highlight the height of the concrete ceilings.
The palette is built around concrete, graphite tones, glass, and warm wood. This interior design underscores the industrial aesthetic and shapes a modern visual identity for the company.

The project was delivered as a full turnkey design project — from concept and construction documentation through interior procurement and contractor coordination. We provided design supervision at every stage of implementation, ensuring the architectural decisions were carried out precisely and stayed true to the concept.

Our team also handled restoration of the building's facade. We preserved the building's architectural character while updating structural and finish elements, allowing the historic industrial shell to be woven into a modern corporate context.
