Residential Interior
This apartment project was designed for a family who wanted a bold, emotional, modern interior — something completely different from the typical neutral-toned solutions out there. The concept is built around the principles of dopamine design, an approach where the interior itself helps generate positive emotions through color, unusual shapes, contrast, and personal details.

The design project starts from a bright architectural base with touches of modern classic style. Against that backdrop, rich color accents come into play: deep blue, terracotta, powder pink, lavender, and a warm wood tone. Together, they make the interior expressive while still keeping a real sense of comfort and homeyness.

The apartment's layout is built around a combined kitchen-living room. That space became the family's main hub for spending time together, relaxing, and hosting guests. The interior features designer furniture, accent lighting, unconventional color pairings, and decorative elements inspired by the Memphis aesthetic — while still staying functional and easy to live with day to day.

The kitchen area is done in a modern style using bold color choices. Blue cabinet fronts, statement furniture, and decorative lighting create an interior that feels current and distinctly personal. Natural materials and quality finishes reinforce the project's upscale feel and make the space read as visually expensive.
Special attention went to the kids' rooms. Each bedroom got its own character and color palette. Soft forms, unusual decorative elements, designer light fixtures, and carefully chosen textiles create an atmosphere of creativity and comfort. The space is tailored to the child's needs, with zones for rest, study, and play.

The bathrooms are done in a modern style, using colored plumbing fixtures, decorative tile, and bold accent details. Their design continues the apartment's overall concept and keeps the project's bold character consistent throughout.

One of the goals was to create an interior that would stand out from typical modern apartments. So the project makes use of striking architectural details, color contrasts, decorative panels, unconventional furniture pieces, and custom decor elements. As a result, the interior feels alive, emotional, and memorable.

This project shows a modern approach to apartment interior design, where aesthetics become part of a lifestyle. A dopamine-style interior helps create a space that sparks positive emotions every day and reflects its owners' individuality.
