| This apartment design project was developed for investment property intended for rental. ARH STUDIO's task was to create a modern apartment interior that would attract renters, stand out from the competition, and stay relevant for years to come. The concept is based on pairing a neutral foundation with expressive color accents. This approach creates a memorable interior that photographs well, catches attention in rental listings, and forms an emotional connection with prospective tenants. The kitchen-living room is the central space, combining a relaxation area, dining area, and kitchen. The interior blends natural wood, soft textures, and accent shades of burgundy, pink, and green. As a result, the apartment feels modern, cozy, and visually worth more than its actual footprint. |
| The bedroom is done in a calm, warm palette, using upholstered panels at the headboard alongside bold accents. The space was designed to deliver a high level of comfort for both short-term and long-term stays. Special attention went into the bathroom design. Bold decorative elements, modern fixtures, and quality finish materials create a hotel-level interior that boosts the property's appeal on the rental market. The project was designed with current rental-property standards in mind: practical materials, durable solutions, convenient storage systems, and an interior that reads well both in person and in professional photos. The project shows how well-executed apartment interior design can help increase a property's marketability, boost its rental value, and shorten the time it takes to find tenants. This approach treats the interior not just as a comfort feature, but as an investment tool.
